UnfollowPeek Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how AurumSpire LLC ("we", "our", or "us") manages information in the UnfollowPeek mobile application ("UnfollowPeek" or "the App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Data Collection and Processing

UnfollowPeek works by analyzing Instagram follower and following data that you manually import from Instagram's official data export files. All follower and following analysis, comparisons, and history processing occur entirely on your device. We do not run our own servers for Instagram data, and we do not require any Instagram login, token, or password.

We treat the contents of your imported Instagram data (including usernames, relationships, and timestamps) as your private data. That data is never sent to AurumSpire servers or to third parties for analytics or advertising.

2. Local Data Storage

All imported data and snapshots are stored locally on your device using iOS storage. Your Instagram JSON files, decoded lists, snapshots, and history are saved only inside the App's local storage area on your device. We do not copy this data to our servers. If you change devices or delete the App, local data is not automatically transferred by us and cannot be restored by us.

3. Data Transmission

For Instagram data and snapshots, your imported follower and following data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or to third parties for analysis. Instagram credentials are never requested, stored, or transmitted. The App can function offline for all core data processing and analysis features.

The only data that leaves your device in connection with UnfollowPeek is limited to App Store purchase and subscription information handled by Apple and RevenueCat, as described below, and any information you choose to send us manually, for example by emailing support. We do not transmit your imported Instagram data to any analytics, advertising, or external processing services.

4. Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

UnfollowPeek offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are securely processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and subscription status. RevenueCat processes App Store transaction receipts and anonymous identifiers to validate purchases and determine which features you can access.

RevenueCat does not receive your Instagram data, follower lists, or snapshots. RevenueCat may receive information such as the product you purchased, purchase and renewal dates, country or region, and an anonymous app-specific identifier. RevenueCat processes data according to its own privacy policy, which you can review at: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. We do not receive your full payment card details or bank information.

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your payment card information. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

6. User Control

You remain in control of your data inside the App. You can delete individual snapshots or clear all imported data using in-app features. Deleting the App from your device removes UnfollowPeek data stored locally on that device.

We do not store copies of your Instagram data on our servers, so we cannot restore it if you delete it from your device.

7. No Analytics or Ads

We do not use third party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies. We do not sell or share your Instagram data with advertisers.

Information handled by Apple and RevenueCat for billing and subscriptions is used only to operate paid features and is not used by us for advertising or behavioral tracking.

8. Security

Your data is protected by iOS security features. iOS provides encryption and sandboxing for app data, and app data is kept inside the iOS app container and is not accessible to other apps under normal conditions.

We recommend that you use a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID, and that you keep your device's operating system and the App updated.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has used the App and provided information to us, for example through a support email, please contact us so that we can delete that information.

10. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer

UnfollowPeek is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and all related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and may provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you should stop using the App and uninstall it.

12. Contact

For questions, complaints, or privacy concerns related to UnfollowPeek, you can contact:

AurumSpire LLC
Email: support@aurumspire.com

If you email us, any information you include in your message, such as screenshots or JSON files you attach, will be used only to respond to your request and to troubleshoot issues, and will be stored in our email system.

PickEpic™ Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

AurumSpire LLC ("AurumSpire", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the PickEpic mobile application ("PickEpic" or the "App").

AurumSpire LLC is the data controller for your personal data when you use the App.

By using PickEpic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We design PickEpic to operate primarily with pseudonymous identifiers and on-device processing. However, certain features require limited data to be sent to our servers and to trusted providers.

We may collect the following categories of information:

Photos

  • Your photos are processed locally on your device for most features.
  • When you explicitly use AI-powered cloud analysis features (for example Photo Critique, Shot Selector, Photo Insights), the photos you select are sent from your device to our backend and to Google Gemini for processing.
  • We do not transfer photos to external servers for any other features.

User Identifiers and Authentication

  • We use automatically generated pseudonymous identifiers to operate the App, secure access to cloud features, enforce usage and fair use limits, and prevent abuse.
  • These identifiers may be created by our backend, by authentication providers, and by the App on your device.
  • They do not include your name or email, but they are persistent across sessions and allow us to recognize your use of the App over time.
  • Under some privacy laws (such as the GDPR), these pseudonymous identifiers are treated as personal data even if we cannot directly identify you from them alone.

Subscription and Purchase Information

  • When you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple provides transaction-related information to us and to our subscription management provider, RevenueCat.
  • This information can include product identifiers, purchase and renewal dates, country or region, subscription status, and other metadata needed to determine your entitlement to paid features.
  • We do not receive your full payment card number or bank account details.

Image Analysis Data

  • When you use AI-powered analysis features, we store analysis results that are derived from your photos, such as numerical scores, textual feedback, labels, and quality metrics.
  • We may use temporary identifiers for processed images so that we can avoid re-processing the same content repeatedly and improve performance.

Usage Data

  • We collect usage patterns, feature interactions, timestamps, performance metrics, error reports, and similar diagnostic information.
  • This data is associated with your pseudonymous identifiers rather than your real-world identity and helps us understand how the App is used.

Device and Technical Information

  • We may collect limited device and technical data such as device model, operating system version, language settings, and app version to help diagnose issues and improve compatibility.

Content Moderation Records

  • To maintain service integrity and comply with legal requirements, we maintain records of content policy violations and enforcement actions associated with pseudonymous identifiers or support IDs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
  • To perform local and cloud-based photo analysis and deliver scores, critiques, and other feedback you request.
  • To authenticate your device in the background using pseudonymous identifiers so you can access cloud features without creating a traditional account login.
  • To determine and manage your subscription status and access to paid features, using transaction metadata received from Apple and RevenueCat.
  • To enforce usage limits, fair use policies, and prevent abuse, automated access, or unauthorized use.
  • To perform content moderation and ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable laws.
  • To monitor service performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve reliability and user experience.
  • To analyze usage patterns in aggregate in order to improve features and make product decisions.
  • To communicate important updates, support responses, or notifications where permitted by law and by your device settings.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the App (for example cloud hosting, AI processing, subscription management). They process data only on our behalf and under contractual terms that protect your privacy.
  • AI processing: When you use AI analysis features, your selected photos are shared with Google Gemini through our backend for the purpose of generating scores and feedback.
  • Derived data only: We do not store your original photos on our servers. We retain derived data such as scores, descriptions, hashed identifiers, and moderation records. We do not manually review your photos except where required for security, abuse investigations, or legal reasons.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or an updated policy that continues to protect your rights in a similar manner.

We do not sell user data to third parties for advertising.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data:

  • We use industry-standard encryption for communications between the App and our servers.
  • Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel who need it for their work and is controlled by technical and administrative safeguards.
  • We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities, misuse, and abuse.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we strive to protect your information using best practices that are appropriate to the type of data involved.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Your rights will depend on your jurisdiction, but in general:

  • Access: You have the right to request access to the data that we hold about you. You can contact us at support@aurumspire.com with your Support ID (found in Settings → Data Sharing) to request a copy of your data that is stored on our servers.
  • Correction: You can update many settings directly within the App. If you believe that server-side data we hold is inaccurate, you can contact us to request correction where feasible.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of backend usage data by contacting us at support@aurumspire.com with your Support ID. When we process your request, we delete or anonymize usage logs and cache data associated with your pseudonymous identifiers, subject to retention we are required or permitted to maintain for legal compliance, security, and abuse prevention. Analysis results stored locally on your device can be deleted through the History tab in the App.
  • Consent withdrawal: You may disable AI-powered cloud analysis features at any time in Settings → Data Sharing. When disabled, new photos will not be sent to our backend or to Google Gemini for analysis.
  • Device settings: You can use your device-level settings to control notifications and certain permissions.

Additional rights where GDPR or similar laws apply:

Where laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, you may also have the right to object to processing, request restriction of processing, receive your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Analytics and Usage Monitoring

We collect analytics and usage data associated with your pseudonymous user identifier to understand how features are used, identify technical issues, prevent abuse, and plan improvements. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs inside the App. Analytics data is collected and processed only on our own servers and by our direct service providers.

8. Legal Bases for Processing (Where GDPR Applies)

Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: To provide the App and the features you request.
  • Legitimate interests: To secure the App, prevent abuse, understand usage, and improve the service.
  • Consent: For certain activities where consent is required by law, such as enabling AI-powered cloud analysis.

9. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party services that help us operate the App:

  • Google Gemini: When you use AI analysis features, your selected photos are sent to Google Gemini for processing through our backend. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Apple Services: The App uses Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks for certain local photo analysis tasks. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and determine your entitlement to paid features. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or trackers.

10. Content Moderation

To protect our users and our infrastructure, we use automated systems and manual review (when necessary) to monitor for content that may violate our policies or applicable laws. Detected violations may result in service restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

11. Data Retention

We retain different categories of data for different periods:

  • Analysis Results (on-device): Stored locally until you delete them or uninstall the App.
  • Temporary Cache: Automatically cleared after a short period, no longer than 7 days.
  • Analytics and Usage Logs: Retained no longer than 12 months before being deleted or anonymized.
  • Content Moderation Records: Retained as long as reasonably necessary for service integrity and legal compliance.

12. Usage Limits and Fair Use

To maintain service quality for all users, we implement usage limits on certain features, especially AI-powered analysis. Excessive usage or behaviors that resemble abuse may result in temporary restrictions or suspension of access to certain features.

13. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process your data in other countries. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in a clear way within the App or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

15. Contact Us
